Mood Nutrition was created from my own search for balance.
For years, I dealt with anxiety on my own, but I always had a desire to find a natural way to calm my mind and feel more like myself again.
Through studying nutrition and learning more about mental health, I discovered how deeply our mood is connected to what we eat - how nourishing our body can also nurture our mind.
Mood Nutrition was born from that realisation: a space to share evidence-based, holistic guidance that helps others feel grounded, clear and emotionally well - from the inside out.
