These are so perfect for a rainy day brekky in bed scenario
Banana Turmeric Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 large bananas mashed
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup almond meal
- 1 cup raspberrys
- 1 tsp organic turmeric
- Optional handful of raisins
- Honey/ yoghurt/ ice cream/ maple to top and a coffee on the side
Instructions
- Preheat your favourite pan slowly
- This is one of those fabulous recipes that you can throw everything in a bowl and mix really well
- Pop some ghee into the pan and complete the obligatory test pancake
- These will be quite dense so you want to cook them low and slow
- Cook in the pan until bubble holes appear in the top
- Top with your favourites and enjoy!
